KOTEI and AutoLink Enter Strategic Partnership to Advance Integrated Cockpit-Driving Innovation
BEIJING, April 25, 2026 — KOTEI and AutoLink announced a strategic partnership to jointly develop next-generation intelligent cockpit and cockpit-driving integrated solutions, combining their complementary strengths in automotive software, hardware platforms and system integration to support the evolution of software-defined vehicles (SDVs).
Announced at Auto China 2026, the collaboration will focus on joint R&D, integrated solution development and international market expansion, with the goal of delivering scalable, cost-efficient and production-ready solutions for global automakers.
As vehicles move toward centralized computing architectures and deeper cross-domain integration, the partnership aims to accelerate innovation in intelligent cockpit systems while helping OEMs shorten development cycles, reduce engineering complexity and bring advanced user experiences to market faster.

Joint Innovation for the SDV Era
Through the partnership, KOTEI and AutoLink will establish a joint development framework focused on intelligent cockpit and cross-domain integration technologies. The collaboration is expected to include coordinated R&D initiatives, joint laboratory development and solution co-creation targeting centralized computing architectures.
By combining AutoLink’s expertise in hardware platforms, E/E architecture and production-grade system integration with KOTEI’s capabilities in automotive software engineering, AI-native development and operating systems, the two companies plan to deliver integrated solutions spanning software and hardware stacks.
The partnership is designed to provide OEM customers with highly integrated, “ready-to-deploy” cockpit solutions that support faster deployment, lower development costs and scalable program execution.
Complementary Strengths Across the Full Technology Stack
AutoLink brings deep experience in intelligent vehicle electronics, domain controllers and large-scale production delivery. Its portfolio includes intelligent cockpit domain controllers, cockpit-driving fusion controllers and the Autosee OS software platform, supporting a broad range of production vehicle programs.
KOTEI contributes end-to-end software-defined vehicle expertise through its AI-native development platform Software DreamWorks (SDW) and A²OS, a vehicle operating system designed for centralized computing architectures. Together with its capabilities in intelligent cockpit, intelligent driving, cross-domain integration, vehicle-cloud solutions and full-vehicle software engineering, KOTEI provides a strong software foundation for next-generation integrated architectures.
Together, the companies aim to create a full-stack collaboration model—from foundational operating systems to application software, and from computing platforms to engineering services—to support globally competitive intelligent vehicle solutions.
Expanding Collaboration Globally
In addition to technology development, the partnership includes coordinated expansion into key international markets, including Japan and Europe, where both companies plan to pursue joint business development, localized engineering support and collaborative delivery models.
Through this global collaboration framework, the two companies aim to improve deployment efficiency for international OEM programs while supporting broader adoption of integrated intelligent vehicle technologies worldwide.
