We require the following information from you. We guarantee the confidentiality of your report.
Name or alias
Date the vulnerability was discovered
Product or software affected by the vulnerability
Product serial number (if applicable)
A complete and accurate description of the vulnerability
Tools required to analyze the vulnerability
Steps to reproduce the vulnerability, such as a step-by-step description, video, screenshots, etc.
Do you have any suggested solutions, or are you willing to assist us in addressing the vulnerability? Please let us know your suggestions.
KOTEI may not be able to follow up on incomplete reports or those lacking the above information.
KOTEI’s Security Team will acknowledge receipt of your report within three business days. We will work with internal teams to verify the reported vulnerability and provide you with timely updates or requests for additional information.
