KOTEI Showcases Next-Generation Intelligent Cockpit Solution Based on Qt Technologies at Auto China 2026

At Auto China 2026 in Beijing, KOTEI Informatics showcased its Outpace panoramic cockpit HMI solution developed based on technologies from Qt Group, highlighting the ongoing collaboration between the two companies in intelligent cockpit innovation.

During the exhibition, Qt Group executives including Erik Rehn, Venla Pouru, and Xu Sheng visited the KOTEI booth. They were welcomed by KOTEI Chairman Dr. Zhu Dunyao, CEO Wang Junde, Global Vice President of Marketing & Sales and CEO of KOTEI Germany Lu Nan, and Cockpit Product Line General Manager Huang Yongheng.

The two sides discussed innovative development approaches and future trends for intelligent cockpit 3D HMI technologies, focusing on how Qt’s leading cross-platform development framework can be combined with KOTEI’s expertise in “AI + Automotive Software” and vehicle operating systems to address software development challenges under centralized computing architectures.

The Outpace panoramic cockpit HMI project presented at the show reflects the technical collaboration between the two companies. Powered by Rendering-as-a-Service (RaaS) and SR technologies, the solution enables real-time 3D rendering and real-time environmental perception visualization on cost-efficient mid-range automotive-grade chipsets. The platform can also be deeply integrated with KOTEI’s proprietary Super Software DreamWorks (SDW) platform and its A²OS vehicle operating system designed for centralized computing architectures, demonstrating an efficient approach to building advanced in-vehicle user experiences in the software-defined vehicle era.
